If recorded, special delivery or international signed for service, we cannot be held responsible if the item does not reach you
In normal circumstances we aim to ship withing 2 working days, but please allow 5 working days
Please ensure you provide a valid TELEPHONE NUMBER in the event of a difficulty in the transaction and or delivery, we will NOT call you for any other reason
Please ensure you check for mishandling, crushed boxes, flattened corners etc, we cannot be held responsible for mishandled goods during transit
Problems & Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, most products are non-returnable
If the item is faulty on arrival, please advise us withing 3 days of receipt of the item(s)
If the item(s) are returned back to us, we will ask you for a re-delivery charge
When returning items to us, please ensure they are well packed and returned in the original packaging
Products will only be exchanged if the item is sealed and in a unused condition and if found faulty. We do not give refunds
If a product is returned and no fault is found, the item will be held until you pay the cost of return shipping
Postage will not be refunded
Please ensure you read the manufacturers instructions, if a reaction to the product occurs, cease use of the product immediately and consult your healthcare professional (Doctor) immediately
